Hi there! I am looking for someone to rent my room for 3-6 months negotiable , ( from 1st of December 2024 to 31st of May 2025) The Rent is 730 EUR per month. The apartment is located just next to the Erasmus Bridge. The rooms is about 10 m2, it has a single bed a small table and a closet. Looking ideally for someone doing an internship or working. The apartment will be shared with a girl from Hungary and a girl from Brazil both currently working. It has a very spacious living room which has a great view of the Erasmus Bridge. The kitchen has all necessary appliances. All utilities are included. You can also have access to the swimming pool, sauna and gym in the building.
