About the place

Are you a man in the final phase of your studies or have just started working? Are you looking for a nice place to live in a cozy, quiet environment? Then this house might be something for you! 

We are Ruben (24 years old) and Koen (24 years old) and from April 1st a room will be available at Vredenoordlaan in Rotterdam Kralingen. 

The room is 6 m2 (3.30x1.80m) and the rent is €581,- per month, including gas, water, electricity and internet/TV subscription. It is a 10-minute bike ride to the center and 8 minutes to the Erasmus University. There are three of us living here and we have all just started working. That is why we are also looking for someone who is starting to work or is in the final phase of his studies. 

We have a large communal living room (where we can often all be found), kitchen and bathroom. There is also a washing machine and dryer available. In addition, we have a fairly large basement for extra storage or to put your bike. And finally, a south-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying the sun! We also ensure a clean house and often eat together.
