🏡 Housemate wanted from April 1!  

Hey! We are looking for a third housemate for our apartment at Rose-Spoorstraat in Rotterdam.  

We are Sami (22) and Jaafar (21):  
- Sami studies Econometrics at Erasmus University and enjoys running in his free time.  
- Jaafar studies International Business Administration at the same university and is a big football fan.  

We both have a Dutch/Moroccan background and are looking for a housemate who is social, studying, and enjoys doing fun activities. We are not looking for someone who is fully into student life and parties but rather someone with a quieter routine who does their own thing.

🔹 Address: Rose-Spoorstraat, Rotterdam  
🔹 Rent: €400 excluding (€450-€460 including)  
🔹 Room size: 12m²  
🔹 Location:  
   - 2-minute walk to Rotterdam Zuid station  
   - 30 seconds to the bus stops  
   - 5-minute walk to AH, Lidl, and other shops
