Tenant requirements
The tenant must be demonstrably a student at an educational institution within the municipality of Rotterdam and reside outside of Rotterdam. This floor is only available for one person.

Lease agreement
The total rent is €735,17 per month, including service charges. The service charges include an advance payment for gas, electricity, water, and internet. Deposit: €922,76 (1.5 months' basic rent).

Contract duration: maximum 12 months.
