About the place

This cozy and tidy student room*, fully furnished and upholstered, is available for occupancy from November 1, 2025, to July 1, 2026.
The room has an area of ​​approximately 30 m². Conveniently located on a stately avenue near the center of Rotterdam.
The kitchen, toilet, and bathroom/shower are shared with two other people.
This is a friendly and quiet house where everyone can live independently while respecting each other's space and privacy. We are looking for someone who is tidy, non-smoking, not a "party animal," keeps things clean, brings a cheerful atmosphere to the house, and also shows initiative when things need to be done.
