No smokers, no drugs!

I want to rent out one of my rooms for an indefinite period of time.

For me it is a big plus if my housemate likes and can talk well about emotions, I can do that well myself and I like that, I sometimes struggle with some sadness and daily structure. It would be nice to be able to talk with someone every once in a while, that's why Id like to share my space, I think it would be nicer than living alone.

Furthermore, I respect privacy and there must be space for ourselves and privacy ofcourse.

Furthermore, I am a friendly, reliable and sensitive, adventerous young man.

I live in an apartment in Rotterdam North, in the south of the Schiebroek district, near the Kleiweg.
Beautiful green, quiet environment. Metro, tram nearby. Next to the Bergse plas.

I live in the apartment myself and I have one room left.
I think it would be more fun to live together, so I am looking for someone with whom i click. 
It is important to me to establish a connection with who I live.

I am calm myself, I do not smoke and I am not looking for a smoker, I love surfing, nature and personal development.
I have a car and a boat.
I think it would be nice to chat first to discuss what exactly we are looking for.
