About the place

Room (18.1 m2) available in our apartment in the center of Rotterdam.(There is an elevator on the 4th floor) The apartment will be shared with 2 other students and has a shared bathroom, kitchen and separate toilet. and fully furnished with a washer dryer and combi microwave.

Your private room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. 
It is not allowed to have someone sleepover in the room. 
 
To qualify for this room you are required to provide the following:
- ID-card or passport
- a guarantee
- prove of enrollment  (if you are a first year student and you don't have one yet, you can provide it after you have received it)
- BSN number (if you are a first year student and you don't have one yet, you can provide it after you have received it)
