This room for renting from May 15th. It is not possible to move in before this date. 

The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area De Esch. Supermarket is a 10-minute walk from the residence. The residence is about 15 minutes walk from Erasmus University. The final stop of tramline nr 21 and 24 is just 2-minute walk distance, you can reach the most important places with these 2 lines from in the city center

You share the bathroom, toilet, kitchen and dining room with two other house guests.

Room is equipped with laptop friendly workspace. once in two weeks cleaning, towel and bed lining changing is included. in the kitchen is equipped with drinking water machine. 
 
Minimum staying period is 6 months but stay until august 1st is also possible.
