A 15m² room with a private balcony will become available on Brittenoord in Rotterdam! This room is exclusively for students! The bathroom, kitchen, toilet, and cozy living room in the apartment are shared with two other people (girls). Additionally, there is a spacious storage room in the complex available for your bike and other personal items you want to store. Registration at the address is possible.

The room with a private balcony that becomes available is rented out unfurnished (gestoffeerd). The furniture of the current tenant can be taken over for an additional price in consultation with the sitting tenant. Furniture includes: Bed, mattress, table, chair, bookshelf, mirror, mini-closet (yellow), hanger for clothes, lamp, curtains, laundry rack (390€ negotiable). The total rent is €541 per month (excluding gas/water/electricity and including service costs). There is also internet + TV available for €23,39 per month. The rental period is temporary and only for students. The term is negotiable. 

At the back of the house, there is a large communal garden where you can enjoy a BBQ in the summer. Tram and bus stops are less than a 5-minute walk away. Lombardijen Station is a 10-minute bike ride. A supermarket, a doctor, and a hairdresser are all within a 5-minute walk.
