About the place

We are Thom and Max, and we will soon have a room available. We both work and usually have dinner together in the evenings. It's a super chill house in a prime location in the city—just a 10-minute bike ride from the station and within crawling distance of the lively Nieuwe Binnenweg. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The room comes with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and even a balcony.

Please note: The current furniture will be moved out, but we will arrange a bed with a mattress, a desk, an office chair, a wardrobe, and a bookshelf for you.

We will have to leave the house soon, but for now, the room is available from April 1st to April 30th.

The rent is €850 per month, but we will adjust it based on the period you rent. We’d love to meet you and discuss the move-in dates and rent details.
