In addition, the house has a 2nd toilet and sink in the hallway next to the living room. A large outdoor terrace (31,98 m2) belonging to the house is adjacent to the living room and is equipped with garden furniture. Both the house and the rooms are fully furnished and provided with necessary equipment and domestic stock. All costs such as G/W/E, Internet, TV, washing machine, repair and service, are included in the rent price.
The location of the house is on a square with the bus and tram facilities right outside the door to be in the center of Rotterdam within 10 minutes. Also by bike you are in the center within 10 minutes! There are many convenient shops and supermarkets in the direct area.
