About the place

Dear prospective house mates,

We are Thom and Max and we will soon have a room available. We both work during day time and usually eat together in the evenings. It’s a really chill house in a prime location in the city. It’s a 10-minute bike ride from the station and just a stone’s throw from the lively Nieuwe Binnenweg. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, desk, and wardrobe. 

Our renting contract will expire soon and we're working on moving out, but in the meantime we will have a room available from 4th till 30th of april.

The rent is €800 per full month, but we will adjust it for the period of the month you will rent. We would love to (digitally) meet you first and then discuss the move-in dates and rent with you.
