About the place

Dear prospective tenant,

We are Thom, Max, and Elis, and we will soon have a room available. We are all working and usually eat together in the evenings. It’s a really chill house in a prime location in the city. It’s a 10-minute bike ride from the station and just a stone’s throw from the lively Nieuwe Binnenweg. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, desk, and wardrobe. 

Our renting contract will expire soon and we're working on moving out, but in the meantime we will have a room available from March 8th to atleast 30th. Since we are also in search of a new place, there's a chance that we're unsuccesful in finding a house and that the room will be longer available.

The rent is €800 per full month, but we will adjust it for the period of the month you will rent. We would love to (digitally) meet you first and then discuss the move-in dates and rent with you.

P.S.
We realize this may be a rather odd ad due to the short term, but maybe this is a much needed temporary solution for someone. The housing market is messed up, and due to this uncertain situation, we too are stuck with a high rent and no immediate prospect of a durable place. So, if you’re in need of a room on the short term, maybe we can help each other out!
