About the place

This room is available from June 15, 2025 (earlier is possible in consultation) until September 1, 2025. Perfect for students who want to stay in Rotterdam during the summer period, for example, because they are already looking for a place to live starting in September. The house is located just 5 minutes from the Erasmus University and a 2-minute walk from the Voorschoterlaan metro station. You can reach the city center of Rotterdam within 10 minutes.

The room is approximately 50 m² and is partially furnished. The large brown wardrobe is available for the tenant, as well as the large cabinet next to the bed. The large chair is also included. The bed is available upon agreement.

The living room and kitchen are shared. The bathroom and toilet are shared with one housemate. The house also has a large garden.
