Located in Kralingen Rotterdam in a nice neighbourhood, there is a tram stop 3-minute walk from the apartment, a metro stop which is 10 minutes away and it is a 7-minute bike ride to the University of Rotterdam. It is also a 15-minute walk to Blaak station and there is a small shopping centre close by. The service covers all utilities, WiFi, VVE and taxes.  The contract begins on the 1st of August with a possibility to extend and registration is possible. Looking for only girls.
