About the place

I am looking for a female housemate, to share a rather big and cozy apartment with a garden (please note that the living room and bedroom changed a bit compared to the pictures, less furniture and more space!).

Located in Charlois, next to Zuiderpark, with a bus stop next door and less than a 10 min walk from the subway. Also a big store and Action nearby.

Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room.
But I will be away for more than two months, so you will have the appartement mostly for yourself.

The kitchen is fully equiped with a dishwasher, there is a vacuum cleaner, and a washing machine.

The room available to rent is 8m2. Rent is 800 all-inclusive.

In that room, there is an additional Ethernet cable.

Also, there is a lot of storage space available in the living room, but also in the shed in the garden.
