This newly renovated room has a separate bedroom, pantry with fridge-freezer, microwave-oven and coffee maker.

On the same floor is the shared kitchen and toilet. The bathroom is on the first floor.

The room is located in the popular "Kleiwegkwartier" (Hillegersberg), 5 minutes walk from the Train station North and all major public transport lines. 

There are supermarkets, restaurants and cozy cafe terraces in the immediate vicinity of the studio. To reset your brain, there is plenty of nature, such as 2 beautiful lakes at 5 minutes walking distance. 

The room is suitable for both students and expats who appreciate privacy and independence, but with the benefits of shared costs without fixed contracts and flexibility.
