I’m renting out my studio in Rotterdam for a fixed period, SHORT-TERM ONLY, from June 26 to August 31. Please do not message if you are looking for a longer stay!

and TV

- Washing machine & dryer

- Spacious layout on a separate floor of a shared apartment (with 2 quiet male roommates downstairs)

- Extra storage space available in the apartment

💰 Rent: €750/month, excluding utilities. Utilities are ~€100/month, exact sum to be paid based on actual usage.

📍 Location:

- 15 minutes by bike to the city center

- Excellent public transport connections (tram, metro, bus)

- Shops just across the road for all your daily needs

- A large shopping center only 10 minutes by foot

Perfect for a student, intern, or working professional staying in Rotterdam for the summer. 
Not suitable for couples; no pets allowed.
