About the place

I am looking for a roommate to join me in my beautiful, apartment in the Wijnhaven. Being a 5 minute walk to Blaak (metros, trams, and trains outside your door!) and the city center, it is centrally located while still being in a quiet area. The house is new (only 5 years old) and I am only the 3rd tenant to live here. It has gorgeous floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and floor heating which makes it very cozy in the winter months. The apartment comes with a large balcony with access from all rooms as well, making it perfect for the summer. 

I have a 1-year-old Dachshund who is very loveable and playful, but due to this, I will not be accepting any other pets in the house!

I am looking for a clean, quiet roommate who is working a steady job and likes to live a low-key life. I am not into having parties at my house and would prefer someone who feels the same. If you feel you match this description, please send me a message so we can arrange to meet.
