About the place

From February 1st, I am looking for a new roommate for my house at Vondelweg 95J. I live on the second floor of an apartment complex, just a stone's throw away from the center of Rotterdam.

A spacious furnished bedroom (16 m²) is available, and you will share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with me. You will also have access to the dishwasher, refrigerators, washing machine, and dryer in the house.

The monthly rent is 900 euros, including utilities (gas, water, internet, etc.). Ideally, I am looking for a roommate who is already working (or possibly almost graduated).
