About the place

As of September 20th, we are looking for a new housemate who will be completing studies or working for our house in Rotterdam.  We are two working men aged 31 and 29.

 The room that becomes available is approximately 11 m² and is located at the back of the house.  The rent per month is approximately €720 (inclusive) + one-off costs.  With a large living room with adjoining kitchen, there is plenty of space for cozy meals and other things together.

 The three of us share a huge living room with a spacious open kitchen, chill area and TV corner.  There is also plenty of space to set up your home office.  There is a shower with bath and two separate toilets.  A great location within walking distance of the center with the Heemraadssingel and Nieuwe Binnenweg around the corner.  Although the house is not in the (busy) center, there is plenty nearby, including a number of shops (Dirk, AH, Lidl or Jumbo).

 We as housemates live our own lives, but we like to eat/cook together every now and then and hang out in the living room.  We are certainly not afraid of gezelligheid :)
