Fully furnished room(11m2) in fully furnished nice and comfortable 90m2 apartment. 

With shared living room(16m2), large kitchen(12m2), terrace(6m2) / the whole accommodation, also the terrace, is NON-smoking, bicycle shed, bathroom with bath, washing&drying machines, separate toilet. 

The apartment will be shared with two other professionals. Other flatmates are also working academics/master students.
