About the place

My name is Felix, I’m 46 years old, I come from Venezuela, I have been living in Rotterdam and working in software development since January 2020. I am looking for a roommate to share my  apartment with (1st floor, 42m2, and one bedroom)

Bedroom, living room, kitchen, shower and toilet to be shared. The bedroom can be divided by curtains. The building has bicycle shelter, gym with sauna, two laundry rooms, a rooftop terrace. It is close to Marconiplein metro, tram and bus station. There is a shopping center close by. 

You would pay 600€/m. It includes water, electricity, heating, and internet. A 500€ deposit is required. Registration is possible since you would be added to my tenancy agreement.
