🏠 Cozy 20m² Room Available in the Heart of Rotterdam – Oostplein Area, 860EUR incl., from 1st July onwards, can register!

Hey everyone! I’m renting out my lovely 20m² room right between Blaak and Kralingen, super close to Oostplein. The room is really bright with big open windows and has a super cozy feel to it—perfect for relaxing or getting some work done.

You'll be sharing the apartment with three friendly flatmates. The vibe in the house is chill and respectful. We’ve got a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher and oven), and everything you need is already here.

The location is honestly one of the best things about it. The street is full of character with cafés just around the corner. Albert Heijn is literally a 1-minute walk away, and Dirk is 2 minutes. It’s a great area to live in—central but not too busy.

The rent is €860 per month, including everything (utilities, internet, etc.). The landlord is super easygoing, and you can decide how long you want to stay. I leave the room because I finished my masters. The lease will start around the 1st of July!
