You will invited for a room viewing if your situation meets the conditions. Registration for 1 resident is allowed.

The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area De Esch. Supermarket is a 10-minute walk from the residence. 

The residence is about 15 minutes walk from Erasmus University. The final stop of tramline nr 21 and 24 is just 2 minute walk distance, you can reach the most important places with these 2 lines from in the city center. Also the living room is equipped with 2 convenience workspaces near the internet router. so that students and remote workers can use it convenience. 

You share the bathroom, toilet, kitchen and dining room with 1 or 2 other house guests.

Room is equipped with laptop friendly workspace. once in two weeks cleaning, towel and bed lining changing is included. in the kitchen is equipped with drinking water machine. 

Good to know
By check inn is only 1 resident allowed. But during the contract period the resident is allowed to bring 1 more person just as guest.
