The house is situated in a lively neighborhood, close to Nieuwe Binnenweg, with cafes and restaurants and supermarket (3 min.), tram (3 min.), metro (10 min.), central station (15 min.), Erasmus hospital (10 min.), museums and Witte de Withstraat (15 min.) (all walking distances). Parking in front of the house.

For rent from around 11th of February 2025 until end of October 2025. €830 excluding heating and electricity, which is 25% of the monthly bill (is around €50, less in summer, more in winter). Looking for a decent, quiet woman who is working, graduating, doing research, doing an internship, e.g. I'm 47 years old and nice if you are around 25-45 years old to have a bit in common. Important that you also like cats.
