About the place

WOMEN ONLY 

Both Dutch, internationals, students, and working are welcome. 

You will share the apartment with only one housemate (me, female, 19), your room and own balcony will be private. The room is not furnished, but a bed with sheets and bedding is available if needed. The apartment is on the second floor, in a lively neighbourhood in the centre of Rotterdam, near the Meent. The room will be available for 6 months, starting in late September. There is a possibility of staying longer. The move-in date is flexible. 

The apartment is equipped with: 
- Sink, shower, toilet 
- Washing machine (which also has dryer function) 
- Dishwasher
- Oven and stovetop 
- Fridge
- Freezer 
- Coffee machine
All of these amenities are shared. 

I speak Dutch, German, and English. You will need to either speak Dutch or English fluently so we can communicate well. It does not need to be both. 
I am looking for someone who enjoys hanging out on the couch, having dinners together occasionally and being friendly. However, my own space is very important to me and sometimes I like to be alone. 
Pets are allowed on the condition they are friendly, are non-destructive (I am attached to my furniture), and do not make big messes. However, it would need to be agreed upon beforehand. 
“Houserules” can be discussed and are not set in stone :)
