About the place

Hi girls,

We are looking for a new housemate IMMEDIATELY (or 1 october). The room is 9m² and furnished (single bed, wardrobe, nightstand, desk, desk chair).

We share the spacious living room (25m²), the bathroom (with washing machine), and the kitchen (with dishwasher). The apartment is located in Lage Land, a quiet neighborhood in Rotterdam-East, close to a bus station, supermarkets, Kralingse Bos, and Basic-Fit. There is free parking in front of the house.

We are two women ourselves (26 & 25 years old). I work full-time as a consultant and I am also the homeowner. The other housemate is from Germany and works as a landscape architect. We enjoy chatting in the living room or going for walks together, but we both have busy jobs so we also value peace and quiet. We are looking for a female housemate who is also working, so no students. Our preference is for someone who wants to rent the room for at least a year.

We also find it very important to keep the house clean (no shoes inside, weekly cleaning). The rent is €675 per month including utilities (excluding annual municipal/water board taxes).
