The apartment is 7 minutes walking distance from the central station, tram just in front of the building.
10 m2 , semi furnished (double bed structure, mattress and  new topper, small wardrobe provided, several shelves). The apartment has a very spacious living room, a furnished kitchen, a bathroom and a bright balcony.
It is shared with one person, no smoking inside or on the balcony, only clean and respectful people.
