On the same floor, there is an extra room just for you. This room is furnished with a desk, chair, lamp, and shelf, making it perfect for studying or working. Also on this floor, you will find a bathroom with a shower.

Guarantor Deposit Payment

Important Note: For this accommodation, the landlord requires a separate guarantor’s deposit as an additional security measure. This guarantor deposit is equal to two times the flat rate and will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided there are no outstanding charges or damages. This requirement will be clearly mentioned during the booking process.
