Good connections by public transport to the city center. The room is on the 3rd floor of the mansion, which also has other rental rooms. The ground floor and 2nd floor are used by the owners of the mansion. The mansion has a terrace on the 2nd floor overlooking the garden, which tenants can use. The stairs and corridors are shared with the owners of the mansion.
