About the place

My roommate is leaving at the end of November and I'm looking for a new tenant to share the house with me (25). The new person needs to already live in the Netherlands and be working (International or Dutch - no students).

🏡 About the house:
Super central location on Binnenrotte, right next to Laurenskerk! 🚆 Just 2 min to Blaak, 5 min to Stadhuis/Beurs, and 15 min to Rotterdam CS. The area is really safe and quiet despite being in the city center. The building is from 2013, well-insulated, and move-in ready. Plus, there are several supermarkets (AH, Jumbo, Dirk) within walking distance.

The house has a spacious living room, a big terrace, and a bathroom shared with just one roommate (I work in Amsterdam some days a week). There’s a shower, bathtub, two sinks, and parking in the building + an indoor parking space for bikes. 🚗

💰 Rent & details:
Rent including all charges (utilities & taxes) is €1.192,21 (base rent is €1.060,15). Deposit is 3 times the rent. We’re looking for someone who earns bruto at least 3/3.5 times the base rent.

It’s a smoke and drug-free house.
