About the place

Hey everyone!

My name is Luka and I’m looking for one person to temporarily take over my room for november and December (2 full months). My room will be empty, Non of my stuff will be in it when you move in (I mean clothes, etc…) .

The apartment is shared with two other roommates, both nice and easy-going, both male 19y bachelors. The new tenant has to be a student.
It’s a very good apartment, located right in the city center of Rotterdam, literally 30 seconds walking from HEMA (Beurs). The apartment also has a rooftop. For pictures and videos text me privately please. 

Rent: 900 per month
Deposit: one month of rent

Move in would be November 1st
