About the place

Are you looking for a nice place to live? 
We have a beautiful, bright room available in our cozy house! 

The house and the room are fully furnished with a bed, mattress, and wardrobe. The rent is €550 per month, including gas, water, electricity, and internet . The room is available from September 29, 2024. The house has a pleasant atmosphere, and you will be living with two friendly housemates.

We also have a regular visitor, the neighborhood cat. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared. 

The house is centrally located, just 2 minutes away from public transport, supermarkets, and other amenities.
We are looking for a working or studying person who is clean, quiet, and social.
