The house has in total 3 bedrooms, so you will be sharing the house with 2 (female)housemates. It’s a female only house. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, therefore partying in the house is not allowed.

In the house you share a spacious living room, kitchen (equipped), bathroom, toilet and garden. There is also a shed in the garden and we have an extra storage space at the front of the house where you can store a bicycle. 

The available room is fully furnished with a bed with storage drawers, desk and chair. The room is for 1 person.

Our ideal renter is a female renter who does not smoke, handles things with care and has a great sense of responsibility.
