About the place

I would like to rent out one of my rooms for an indefinite period, I would like to discuss this. 
Also the costs id like to discuss, but very reasonable.

I live in an apartment in Rotterdam North, in the south of the Schiebroek district, near the Kleiweg. 
Nice green, quiet environment. Metro, tram nearby. Next to the Bergse plas. 

I live in the apartment myself and I have one room left, the living room can be shared. 
I think it would be more fun for myself to live together, so I am looking for someone i have a connection with. 

I am calm myself, I do not smoke and I am not looking for a smoker, I love surfing, nature and personal development. I think it would be nice to chat first to discuss what exactly we are looking for.

My preference is a girl/ woman.
