About the place

This is a completely newly built student house that will be finished this summer, located just a few blocks from Kop van Zuid in Rotterdam. The house is not a renovation – it has just been built from the ground up. You will be the very first tenant.

Brand-new kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine

Final finishing (floor, walls) is being completed now

No smoking

No pets

You’ll live with two other students

About Your Housemates
21-year-old male – starting a pre-master in Finance at RSM, active in a financial study association

18-year-old female – starting Mechanical Engineering at TU Delft, likely joining student rowing association LAGA

We’re Looking for Someone Who
Is 18–25 years old and enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program

Can stay at least one year

Is clean and respectful, especially in shared spaces

Doesn’t throw parties too often and respects housemates and neighbours

Is open to social moments in the house (like cooking or drinks), but also independent

Can pay 2-month deposit + 1st month rent upfront

Can prove financial stability (via yourself or your parents)
