🏠 Room in OurDomain Blaak, Rotterdam – Available for 1 Year (Short-term possible too!)

👩‍🦰 I am a girl and will be living in the bedroom, and you will live in the living room.
🛁 We share the kitchen and bathroom, but you’ll need to enter my room to shower, so I prefer a female tenant.
🤝 However, respectful guys with co-living experience are also warmly welcomed!

	•	📖 Study room (with piano 🎹 & music room 🎼)

🌙 Quiet hours: After 22:00 the room must be quiet and dark for sleep quality

📌 House rules:
	1.	🔇 No noise, shower, music, phone calls, or lights after 22:00
	2.	🗑️ Trash must be taken out every other day and 🧼 no piling dishes in sink (we have a dishwasher!)
	3.	🍳 Always open the window when cooking
	4.	🚫 No borrowing items (e.g. makeup, skincare, anything in each other’s room) without written consent – breaking this ends the rental immediately
	5.	📬 Opening someone else’s letters is illegal and not allowed
	6.	🚭 Smoking and drug use are strictly banned inside the room
