Student room of 13m2 in student house in Oss, between Nijmegen (15m trainride) and den Bosch (12m trainride). The house is 3 minutes by bike from the train station. The house has 2 floors each containing 10 rooms. Every floor has a kitchen, 2 showers and 2 toilets. There's a bicycle shed, washer, dryer, etc. The halls/kitchens/bathrooms are cleaned by our cleaner 5 times per week.

The 380 euro/month rent includes heating, electricity, water, internet, cleaning cost, flooring and curtains.

Conditions:
- Only for students
- Age group 18-25
- 12 months minumum, no maximum rental period
- 1 month deposit
