To rent: studio of 31m2 with own kitchen. The studio is located on the second floor in Oegstgeest (sleeping space on the third floor), in a safe residential area, close to supermarkets and bus stops. The studio is completely furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen. Toilette and bathroom are to be shared with 1 other international tenant / non-smoking place / no pets / not suitable for couples/ not eligible for the Dutch housing subsidy.
Start 01.06.25 until 30.03.2026 
Rent: €1050 – deposit €2100 / all inclusive (no other costs)
