About the place

We offer a fully furnished studio in Oegstgeest / 10 minutes by bike from Leiden Central Station. The place is clean,  recently renovated and fully equipped (pots and pans, sheets, vacuum cleaner, …). We rent out to INTERNATIONAL FEMALE YOUNG PROFESSIONALS or STUDENTS, above 21 years, renting contract from 01.06.2025 until 31.03.26. Rent €1050 (all inclusive) / deposit of €2100. The studio is divided into 2 levels, has its own kitchen-living space (22m2) and a bedroom (6m2). The bathroom has to be shared with one other tenant. 
The rent is all-inclusive, and the deposit will be returned once you leave the place undamaged. Pets aren’t allowed. WIFI is present. Inscription City Hall is possible. Not suitable for couples.
