Room (22 m²) – Available from 1st November only – not later, not earlier. For 1 person, preferably for 1 year
Rent (all-inclusive): €680 per month

I'd prefer to let for longer, but unfortunately due to new rental legislation this is no longer legally possible.

The attic room has windows on both sides overlooking the neighbourhood, built-in wardrobes and a built-in desk.
There's a small separate room with a washbasin and space for your own kettle etc.
The room is furnished. (Bed can be dismantled, so you can also bring your own bed if preferred)
The bathroom is one floor down. 
There's a second small toilet on the ground floor.
Large garden, bike storage, large cellar.
You'll share: sitting room, kitchen, bathroom

Living together: I prefer people who are interested in a warm atmosphere and genuine shared living. It's a quiet but welcoming home.

Age: Preferably 30 years and older. You should feel comfortable sharing with someone older than yourself. Open communication and taking an interest in each other is important to me.
Location:

Excellent train and bus connections (close to Goffert train station)
Approximately 10-15 minutes by bus to the city centre
Small shopping centre 7 minutes' walk away
Residential area. Goffert Park and a canal nearby
Easy parking. No additional costs
