About the place

A private room (~12m2) in a shared apartment (maisonette) is available for a responsible and mature person (25y+).
The rest of the apartment is shared, including a balcony. Located ideally next to several supermarkets and a busstop with a direct connection to the university/Radboud. 
Cycling to the city centre can be done in under 10 minutes while the university is at ~15 minutes.

The apartment itself is from 1948 and a bit thin-walled so there are no parties allowed and no smoking or pets allowed as well.
The main tennant will be travelling for a while during the availability.
