17m2 furnished room with basin and balcony in family house.
Household consisting of father, daughter of 16 yo, 20 yo female BA student and 23 yo female MSc student welcomes a third considerate and reliable female flatmate speaking German / English / French or Spanish. 
Applicants must be willing to socialise with daughter (an only child, trilingual Dutch, Spanish, English).

The house is in a quiet district and offers a serious working/studying environment. The atmosphere is family-like with regular cooking and dinners together, after-dinner chats/games and excursions.

Each room has a smoke-detector, 2 turn-tilt windows for access to the balcony and for airing with a summer/winter mode, insect screen and pleated shades with top-down and bottom-up control of light. The room is located on the first floor with private basin and a shared bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and basin, on the ground floor a 2nd toilet is available.

The living room, dining room, bathroom, and kitchen are available for general use, the Wifi has a max. speed of 200 Mbps.  The house is located in Nieuwegein, a city with 64000 inhabitants next to Utrecht in the district Fokkesteeg-Zuid. Its insulation was recently upgraded to make heating affordable coming winter.
With a 4 min. walk a busstop allows you to use busline 202 taking you in 26" to science park Utrecht. By bike the 13 km takes approx. 43". To Utrecht city center there is also a tram, it also continues to Science Park, but with 51' this takes the longest.

co-option by current tenant, daughter and father are next steps.
