About the place

In a terraced house in a quiet neighborhood, 7 minutes walk from the center of Middelburg, there is a room for rent for a student. (18-24)
Due to the owner's stay abroad (indefinite period), the rental period is 1 year with possible extension. 2 other students live in the house. 
There is a bathroom, toilet, kitchen, living room and garden with sheds for shared use. 
The selection will take place by means of auditioning, the owner of the house participates via video calling.
