About the place

Located at the borders of Maastricht in a quiet neighborhood. Many facilities are nearby. The city centre or train station is 15 minutes away by bike. Parking spaces are plenty. Supermarkets are closeby (Brusselse Poort) as well as many sporting facilities. 

A busstop is located 5 minutes away by foot, where a bus departs every 15 minutes towards the train station during work days. 

2 rooms are available, 11.5m² & 16m² for €350 & €475. 

The appartment will soon be connected to the glass fibre network in combination with a complete internet & TV subscription. 

The living room, Bathroom, kitchen, toilet are shared. In total there will be 3 persons sharing the appartment. 

A washing machine is present with dry functionality and a dishwasher is soon to be installed. 

De room will be furnished with the following: 
- a 1-person loft bed
- a desk
- a desk chair
- a wardrobe
- a cupboard for books
- a bedside table

Furthermore it is important to know that there will be a biweekly meeting and cleaning will be done on a weekly basis. Cleaning responsibilities will be swapped every week. 

To preserve the quality of shared living, there are a few rules enforced:

- No smoking
- alcohol/druguse is not tolerated
- no animals
- no female company unless it is family or spouse
- study/work/business is required

International students are welcome.
