The room is approximately 15m² and located on Tongerseweg, about a 10-minute bike ride from the city center. In this quiet house, you share the kitchen with six housemates from various countries. You share the bathroom and toilet with one other housemate. The furniture (bed and mattress, two wardrobes, desk with chairs, mirror, and clothes rack) is available for takeover, the costs for this are extra and not included in the rent. These extra costs must be paid once and can be discussed.
