I’m currently looking for a housemate to share a fully furnished apartment with me, located on Rechtstraat in the vibrant Wyck district. The train station is just a 5-minute walk away, and the city centre is only a few minutes further.

The apartment offers 94 m² of indoor living space, plus an outdoor terrace where you can relax outside. It’s fully equipped with everything you need, including a TV, washing machine, dryer, kitchenware, and more.

The available bedroom is 12 m² and currently furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, and curtains. If you’d like to furnish the room differently, that’s absolutely possible in consultation.

The rental period is for a maximum of one year, but shorter stays are also welcome.

You’ll be living with me — Lucas, 23 years old and currently studying at Maastricht University.

On the evening of Friday August 1st, I’ll invite a few selected candidates to come by for a viewing and introduction. Selection will be based on a short motivation and some photos.
