About the place

We're looking for a new housemate (M) for the upcoming academic year.

Raul and I are both 24 years old. He works as a data analyst at KPMG, and I’m currently finishing my master’s thesis in AI. We’re looking for a guy who is either at the end of his studies or at the beginning of his professional career.

The room that has just become available is 12 square meters. The three of us will share a nice kitchen, a small shared dining room, a fairly spacious balcony, and of course, a bathroom and toilet. On the floor plan (last picture), the room is marked as "slaapkamer 2."

A few technical details:

- This is not a DUWO house, so "reistijdvoorrang" does not apply.
- The rent (€700) includes utilities (GWE) and fast Wi-Fi.
- The apartment is located in southwest Leiden, Wagnerplein.
- The room is not furnished, but there will be a desk and matching drawer unit.
