About the place

As of now, we will have a room available for subletting. The house is located in the city center of Leiden. The university, train station, and university library are all within walking distance. We live here with 15 guys, aged between 18 and 24. The rent will be around €400, including the costs of light, gas, and water.
The room is located in the back house closed off from the rest of the house, and is therefore quiet and excluded from nuisance. The room shares 1 bathroom together with one other room. Furthermore, you can use a shared kitchen, toilets, and laundry facilities. The room is furnished, but you may use your own furniture if you would like. Furthermore, the space has two openable windows and its own heating.
